Here at Elev8 Mastermind, our mission is to create a positive impact in the lives of 100,000+ clients, while empowering them to do the same for others. We are creating a movement, a community, a team, who will positively change the world!
We believe in a fast changing world, with tech, AI and the way we work changing rapidly, people need to become self-sufficient more than ever before.
We help our clients create more Money, Impact and Freedom in their life, through Personal Development, Starting/Scaling businesses to multiple 6, even 7-figures in revenue. We've also coached people to have more success in the world of crypto investing (and will be launching a course on this in the future).
For now, the main focus is our Personal Development and Business Coaching. We particularly help Coaches, Consultants, Digital Creators and Agencies. But we have worked with, and our strategies work for any business. Business at the principle level is the same, regardless of the industry.
In the next 12 months, our goal is to help:
- 8 business owners reach 7-figures in revenue,
- 38 business owners reach multiple 6-figures, and,
- 28 business owners reach 6-figures in revenue.

Hi there! My name's Justin. I'm the Founder & Head Coach here at Elev8 Mastermind - a company and community I created with one goal in mind - to positively impact the lives of more than 100,000 people through our educational programs, courses and events.
My focus is on helping people have more Money, Impact and Freedom in their lives through education around starting/growing businesses, personal development and crypto investing.
I joined the Australian Army at 17 years old. I served on domestic and international missions. In Australia I searched for missing people and helped families whose lives had been destroyed by the 2010–2011 Queensland floods. In 2012 I deployed to Afghanistan where I took part in peacekeeping and combat missions, and gave toys and supplies to young kids and families in remote parts of Afghanistan. And during my service I travelled on many training courses and exercises.
Testing myself, growth and serving/ helping people were the main reasons why I decided at about 7 years old (and told my parents then too) that I was going to join the military.
It was an amazing, challenging and life altering experience. It taught me that the human mind and body is capable of so much more than we think. And I got to experience what it means to be a part of a team, a family, who would fight for each other. And I got to taste what it means to serve and make a difference. After years of making memories and friends I will keep for life, I left the Army in 2014.
Since the end of 2013, shortly before leaving the military, I was looking for my next adventure. Through some luck, I got into the world of personal development, business and coaching. And it's been my specialty for more than a decade now.
I've spent more than 6 figures on my skills, advisors and self-development, attended countless courses, events and retreats. I've learned from some of the top business owners, coaches and thinking minds in the world. I've run multiple coaching companies of my own, where I have run events all around Australia and international retreats in beautiful countries like Bali.
I've helped people start and scale businesses and had clients go from 1 client to completely booked up, others nearly double their revenue in just a couple months of working with me (reaching more than $30k per month in revenue), helped mortgage brokers add millions in deals to their pipeline, helped people quit their jobs and much more.
I have also helped many people overcome blocks, self-sabotage, and have breakthroughs, to start living happier and more successful lives. I've coached people on how to have more success in the crypto space. I've coached the entire manufacturing staff of a billion dollar, multi-national food production company. I've had some of the top names in the personal development and business space work with me. I have advised multi-millionaires. And have experience in building and also selling a coaching company, which I did in 2019, at which point I stepped out of coaching for a few years and focused on investing.
I have also travelled to a long list of countries, in many cases I either ran events while there or worked from my laptop, getting paid to travel while helping people. Just some of the places I have travelled to are; Singapore, Sri Lanka, Fiji, Bali, New Zealand, Greece, England, Scotland, Amsterdam, Spain, Hong Kong, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Serbia, Germany, and more.
That's me and my partner below in Santorini, Greece in 2018. I was running a multiple 6-figure coaching business from my laptop while travelling Europe. So as you can see, helping people, personal growth and making more money, impact and freedom isn't something I talk about for marketing purposes, like others might.
It's who I am, who I have always been. I have lived it.
