About Us

The Crypto Operator (TCO) is the Founder of Elev8 Mastermind. He is an Australian Army Veteran, who enlisted in 2009 and went on to serve domestically during weather disasters, as well as an operational deployment to Afghanistan.

Having helped his father build and grow his handyman business as a young child, TCO always had a goal of eventually being in business for himself one day. So, after leaving the Australian Army in 2014, he decided to join a Network Marketing business called YOR Health, selling premium health supplements. In this business he became one of the top distributors in Australia and the world, even getting to work directly with the Founder of the company. He also discovered a passion for self development, and has so far spent 6 figures on courses, programs and self development with some of the top minds in the world on health, business, marketing, investing and more.

After several years of success, he decided it was time for the next chapter. It was time to build his own business from scratch. This is when TCO started a general life coaching business - helping clients in all areas of life.
While this was successful, he realized his true passions had always been building businesses that positively impact the lives of others, and, helping others do the same. So, he niched down into exactly this; teaching coaches and consultants how to start and grow online businesses that made a positive impact in the lives of their clients, while also providing their owners time, financial and location freedom. He grew this business into a multiple 6 figure per year business within a year.

He then wondered if he was to do it all over again, could he replicate the same results or better? Well, as it so happens, TCO would get his chance to find out. Due to joining forces with another coach in the industry, he and his new business partner launched a new company in July, 2018.
TCO acted was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), as well as Head Coach of the business. He was also responsible for the majority of the sales and marketing.

Within the first 4 months they hit a record of $70,000 in sales for the month. And since quoting sales is kind of pointless, because it comes down to how much money you actually receive, their best month was $54k in cash received, again within the first 4 months. And it's only good if your clients are getting results. right? RIGHT!
TCO was able to help numerous clients achieve incredible results, like Marius who was doing on average between $20k to $30k per month in revenue with his Marketing Agency, and many more just like Marius!

After years of tireless work and personal growth, TCO decided it was time to step back and spend some more time with his partner, family and to also travel - something he is passionate about. At the beginning of 2019, he sold his stake in the company to his business partner, and then began travelling, while also getting more into the world of investing (something he had been doing alongside the coaching work - such as lending funds to real estate developers, building a property flipping team, investing in private/Pre-IPO stocks/shares, and also investing in cryptocurrencies and dabbling in FOREX and Crypto Trading). Over the next few years he focused particularly on Private/Pre-IPO Shares and Cryptocurrency investing.

But his passion wouldn't let him stop helping other. Ever since selling his stake, he has had the idea and goal of one day getting back into coaching and helping others.
Over the years he continued giving free advice and coaching to numerous people around him, who went on to create some pretty amazing results, which only further encouraged his desire to once more step back into the arena.

In 2023 as the world was still recovering from Covid-19, cost of living had increased drastically and people were suffering. TCO decided finally that enough was enough. It was time. He felt called to once again do what he could to change lives at a time he believes it is more needed than it has ever been in recent history.
In August, 2023, he stealth launched Elev8 Mastermind, with the immediate goal of helping people within the world of cryptocurrency, because TCO believed a bull market was coming once again. And he was right. Now after 15+ months of running the group for free to create results, and having seen success with his cryptocurrency education program now called 'Crypto Operators' with the top return for the group so far being PORTAL with a peak return of 86x - as well as some casual business coaching which has helped several members improve their businesses, he has decided it is time officially launch Elev8 Mastermind.
